Led two crews made
up of superintendents, foremen, skilled laborers, electricians, crane
operators, pipefitters (fiberglass (FRP) pipe and Galvanize Rigid Pipe
(GRS)), responsible for supporting all engineering-related tasks associated
with the installation of the under bridge pipe/conduit; the Bridge
termination played an essential role in the local commute of millions of
drivers and the pipe network was intended for a set of gates that controlled
the bridge entrance to the HOV lanes in the Northern Virginia area.

· Worked double shifts to Set up Maintenance of Traffic
(MOT) for the busiest corridor in the nation (I-95 DC metro); met with
engineers and other contractors on a daily basis to take advantage of lane
closures in common work areas and analyze progress.
· Coordinated daily assignments and produced and presented
progress reports; managed punch list items for the 30-mile project and
submitted Field Design Changes (FDCs) for several of the plan faults.
· Maintained direct responsibility for all quality assurance
